Abstract: Global warming, thirst, environmental pollution and the rapid consumption of natural resources have brought the construction of environmentally friendly, ecological buildings to the agenda in the construction sector. When it comes to sustainable, ecological and environmentally friendly buildings, we come across green buildings. Green buildings are considered as sustainable structures that start with the selection of the land, evaluated within the framework of the life cycle, designed with a holistic understanding, social and environmental responsibility awareness, suitable for climate characteristics and land conditions, consuming as much as needed, oriented towards renewable energy sources, using natural materials, and sensitive to ecosystems. is defined. With the increasing number of green buildings, standardization and certification studies have started. Certification systems aim to define green building by establishing general and valid measurement standards, to increase consumer awareness about the benefits of green building and to transform buildings. In this study, the concept of green building is discussed in terms of real estate development. In this context; The Hilton Garden Inn hotel project was examined and evaluated according to the Leed certification system and evaluated according to the real estate valuation and real estate valuation criteria.

Abstract:  Real estate property is defined as a land and everything which built on land. People began to desire better living, working, resting places, as the result of changes of live standards. These needs had begun with living areas, after that real estate is presented in different types to meet people’s needs.

Real estate development, consist of a lot of activities which are interested in land development and building construction. Real estate development is a multifaceted business. This complicated process involves much input from a wide range of professionals. Real estate development process because of being complicated, demands an extensive investment analysis.

In this study, a research was conducted on how real estate development processes affect the housing market. The research phase started with the determination of existing conditions. At this stage, market conditions, economic conditions, social acceptances, good and constraining aspects of the land, and regulatory factors were investigated. During the analysis phase, the opportunities offered by the land, its constraints and costs were analyzed. In the synthesis phase, all the results were brought together to create a functional plan. The synthesis process ensures that unworkable ideas are eliminated and an original idea is created. All models were created because the real estate development process has a complex structure and carries with it major risk factors. Risks in business, management, financing, politics, inflation, liquidity and interest rates are seen as risks of great importance in the real estate process.

Abstract: In this paper, based on Jumarie type of Riemann-Liouville (R-L) fractional derivative and a new multiplication of fractional power series, we find the exact solution of a fractional power series. In fact, our result is a generalization of traditional calculus result.

Abstract: The infused nanoparticles within a concrete known as Nanoconcrete, has been an unindustrialized area of research that is yet to be commercialized. These exorbitant materials are still in progress of having their prices reduced through different sustainable production to get their way into the concrete industry as sustainable, durable and economical material. The importance of the incorporation of nanomaterials in concrete has emerged as a promising research interest due to the outstanding functionalized properties of the materials at that size level. This study aims to investigate the change in compressive strength as well as flexural strength of the concrete after the addition of hybrid nanomaterials. This paper deals with only three kinds of nano materials: Nano- silica, Multiwalled Carbon Nanotubes and Nano Graphene oxide. Concrete with water-cement ratio of 0.35 is used with 20% paste content and the proportions are fixed using packing density method containing different percentages of nanomaterials. A number of test has been carried out on 100mm³ concrete cubes and 645mm² briquette mould is used for flexural tests. Investigation shows that the addition of nanomaterials  has a significant effect on the physical and mechanical properties of concrete. The compressive strength is elevated about 10% to 30% and the flexural strength is also increased from 12% to 25%. the strength of the concrete depends on the percentages of nanomaterials, increment causes decrease in strength. Increase in the ages of concrete, increase the strength of concrete. As compared with ordinary concrete, nanoconcrete exhibit greater performance. This research paper is a trial given some highlight for the introduction of nanomaterials in various types of concrete.

Abstract: The search for new raw materials that will compete favourably with existing ones is necessary to prevent the depletion of existing raw materials. This work investigates the suitability of basalt as coarse aggregate for the production of concrete and the application of Ibearugbulem’s model for predicting the splitting tensile strength of concrete.  A total of 24 concrete cylinders for basalt and granite samples of diameter 100mm and length 200mm were casted and demoulded after 24 hours. The samples were cured and tested for splitting tensile strength after 28 days. The laboratory results were used in formulating a model which predicts the 28 days splitting tensile strength. From the analysis, it was established that the difference between the laboratory results of splitting tensile strength and predicted values of splitting tensile strength are not significant.
